Course Description

This course introduces the history of visual communication from about 1800 to the present. Topics include a basic terminology and an analysis of the visual communication principles that will enhance the comprehension of the visual language forms through a historical survey of the modern and postmodern visual communication. Prerequisite: 0700116.
