Yes! Creating an account is completely free. You can read all reviews, write unlimited reviews, and access basic course materials at no cost. Premium features like grade distributions and past exams are available with Pro and Max subscriptions.

We cover all major UAE universities including AUS, UAEU, NYU Abu Dhabi, Khalifa University, University of Dubai, and many more. Our database is constantly growing with new universities and professors.

Simply create a free account, search for the professor you want to review, and click "Write a Review". You'll rate them on various criteria like teaching quality, difficulty, and workload, and can add detailed comments about your experience.

Yes, you can choose to post reviews anonymously. When writing a review, you'll have the option to hide your identity. Your review will still be verified, but other users won't see your name.

All reviews go through our moderation process to ensure they meet our community guidelines. While we can't verify every experience, we use AI and manual review to filter out fake, spam, or inappropriate content.

Currently, professors cannot respond directly on our platform. However, they can contact us if they believe a review violates our guidelines or contains false information.

We offer three tiers: Free (basic access), Pro (AED 20/month - includes premium content and grade distributions), and Max (AED 200/month - includes everything in Pro plus 3 free tutoring hours monthly).

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

As a digital service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, please contact our support team.

Our pricing is already designed to be student-friendly. The free tier provides substantial value, and our paid plans are priced affordably for university students.

Browse available tutors by subject, view their profiles and ratings, and book a session at a time that works for you. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet, and you'll receive a link in your confirmation email.

For every 10 reviews you write that get approved, you earn 1 free tutoring hour. Max subscribers also receive 3 free hours every month as part of their subscription.

Yes! If you excel in your courses and want to help other students, you can apply to become a tutor. Contact us at tutors@uniwise.ae with your transcript and areas of expertise.

Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session.

We offer notes, lecture slides, study guides, past exams, quizzes, and other study materials uploaded by students. Basic materials are free; premium content (past exams, quizzes) requires a Pro or Max subscription.

Yes! Registered users can upload course materials to help fellow students. All uploads are reviewed for quality and copyright compliance before being published.

You should only upload materials you have the right to share, such as your own notes or materials explicitly allowed to be distributed. Do not upload copyrighted materials without permission.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This will remove your profile and personal information. Reviews you've written can be kept anonymously or deleted entirely.
