Course Description

This course covers how to implement the computer-aided approach to explain the theory and applications of computational chemistry. It includes molecular modelling and visualization basics, molecular dynamics and mechanics, density functional theory, ab initio molecular orbital theory, semi-empirical methods, and an introduction to chemo/bioinformatics tools. Prerequisite: 1420342.
