Promotes critical thinking about whether and how data can improve business performance, create opportunities and manage risk. Explores how to answer business questions, shape corporate strategy, forecast financial trends, hinder fraud, and budgeting and planning. Explains some of the most common business intelligence software packages currently used by accounting professionals. Prerequisite: ACC 202.
