courses This course introduces educational leaders and experienced teachers to the complexities of ethical leadership and decision making in educational contexts. The elements of the course provides opportunities to collectively discuss and analyse real-life moral dilemmas facing educational leaders today. You will learn to recognise when educational leaders are faced with an ethical dilemma and you will develop reasoning and reflective skills to make decisions that are in alignment with your own ethical codes and to apply these to practical situations.
