Course Description

objective of this course is to expose the students to the need for environmental impact assessments and how to prepare the various documents required by state and federal regulations. In addition, this course examines principles, procedures, methods, and various applications of environmental impact assessment. The ultimate goal of the course is to promote an understanding of how environmental impact assessment is conducted and used as a valuable tool in the project management decision-making process.
