Course Description

Environmental Health Regulation and Compliance course discusses the importance of environmental law for the protection of natural systems. It describes in detail the evolution of environmental laws on the national and international levels and provides the students with an understanding of the regulatory and enforcement processes and the knowledge of the most important environmental regulations in the UAE and internationally. It then examines how government and non-government institutions and businesses comply with these regulations and address air and water pollution, waste management, and food safety.
