Course Description
This course focuses on developing the communication and research skills as well as on strengthening the critical thinking capacities of students undergoing an intensive Practicum program by providing them the opportunity to present and discuss all interesting nutritional issues arising during their Practicum. It is divided into two components in the fourth year covering the Medical Nutrition Therapy and the Food Service rotations. In this course, students need to present in-depth case studies within their clinical rotations based on the Nutrition Care Process.
