Course Description

Credit Hours This is a directed study on a selected problem in the area of nutrition. The purpose of this course is to further develop research, critical analysis, and communication skills. In this respect, the student will not only conduct a meta-analysis of published research and a statistical analysis, but present the data in a concise way in the form of a poster or presentation. A key component is to test the students’ ability to understand, apply, and report on statistical analysis correctly.
