Occupational Health and Safety course describes the importance of health and safety at work place and its socio-economic impact on work place and workers. It gives students the tools and skills to ensure health and safety measures within a working environment including hazard identification and control, accident prevention and investigation, conducting safety trainings, and emergency planning. It also provides students with an in-depth idea about the national and international occupational health and safety organizations.
