Course Description
Credit Hours + HSC 205 This course is involved with understanding basic principles of research techniques and methodologies as applied to healthcare professions. The purpose of this course is to further develop research, critical analysis, and communication skills. The major components of this course are understanding research purpose and methodology; developing a research proposal; critical review of the literature and information resources; comprehending the role of ethics in health sciences research; and introducing different quantitative and qualitative healthcare research methods.
