Course Description

Studio) Prerequisite: IND315 + IND 335 The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the design of office interiors. This course would enable the students to successfully design interior spaces for administrative buildings. Students will concentrate on incorporating sustainable design practices in the Interior design of the office environment. Focusing is placed on RCPs, lighting calculation, and acoustics solutions. Emphasis is on space planning, functional requirements, and new furnishing systems, particularly in office design. Study of the different space Facilities including financial institutions and institutional facilities. Students will generate a full design solution considering building codes and local regulations. All projects will be submitted and evaluated face-to-face.
