Course Description

In this course students will develop multi-camera production skills and an understanding of studio based production in a practical, production-oriented environment. Students will learn production planning, scene blocking, scripting and other techniques as practiced in professional broadcast studio in the industry. Students work together in a team assigning themselves industry roles to produce a television program such as magazine show, talk show, interviews and presentation in the studio. It provides an opportunity for students to pursue their interest in areas such as directing, producing, operating studio cameras and equipment in a TV control room.
