Course Description
Digital media and the online environment have fundamentally altered the operations of businesses around the globe. Electronic marketing is now considered as a subset of a larger set of concepts and theories within the marketing discipline. This course provides a working knowledge of social media marketing from a strategic perspective and suggests some potential best practices in acquiring, communicating with and retaining customers on the internet.
