Course Description
(Last Semester) The goal of this course is to apply the student’s research skills and familiarity with the challenges faced by leaders so that the student can propose a project based approach to address one of those challenges. The type and nature of the project are to be arranged between the student and the faculty. These two parties must agree on a topic and as a minimum requirement, the student must define the project problem and its magnitude, conduct a literature review that covers the classic and emerging methods and techniques in addressing the problem, and propose a systematic approach to address the problem. Students are to work on their project at a steady pace over one semesters to complete all requirements and submit it for evaluation. While developing the appropriate sections of the project, students are expected to utilize the knowledge and skills they acquired while taking all their courses in the MSL program, especially the Research Methods and the Contemporary Issues i
