Course Description

course will demonstrate the usefulness of ordinary differential equations (O.D.E.) for modeling physical and other phenomena. The topics covered are first and higher orders O.D.E, Laplace transform, applications of Laplace transform to initial value problems of O.D.E, systems of O.D.E and some engineering applications. Through the process of working through application problems, the student will develop the ability to interpret and evaluate real world application problems from a text form into a mathematical equation.
